Manaslu and Tsum Valley Trek – Overview

The Manaslu and Tsum Valley Trek is a remote and culturally rich trekking experience in the northern Gorkha region of Nepal. It combines the classic Manaslu Circuit Trek with a spiritual journey into the hidden Tsum Valley, a sacred Himalayan valley influenced by Tibetan Buddhism.

Trekkers pass through lush forests, high alpine landscapes, and ancient monasteries, with dramatic views of Mount Manaslu (8,163 m) and surrounding peaks. The trail offers a deep dive into Tibetan culture, especially in Tsum Valley, where centuries-old traditions, chortens, and mani walls line the path.
